Overview

This five-day intensive program used a challenge based approach leveraging the role of entrepreneurship to address some of the most pressing challenges in sustainable urban mobility.

The Innov4Mobility Winter School, organized by BGI in collaboration with TU Berlin, the University of Aveiro, and PCI Creative Science Park, usualy bring  together over 40 participants from  different countries.

The final day of the event culminats in a pitch competition judged by representatives from key partner organizations.

Costs and Scholarships:

Participation Fee: €950, which includes course materials, live sessions, workshops, accommodation, meals, and social activities.

Scholarships: For the top 35 BSc students from RIS countries, the program will be offered at no cost, with travel costs of up to €250 reimbursed.

What will you learn?

Delivered by BGI Sustainable Ventures and Technische Universität Berlin, this program equips participants with hands-on skills to develop sustainable solutions for real-world urban mobility challenges. Work alongside city representatives, industry experts, SMEs and startups to create impactful innovations addressing the challenges of mobility in cities.

From idea to impact in Urban Mobility

Innov4Mobility empowers the next generation of innovators to tackle real-world urban mobility challenges through entrepreneurship, collaboration and sustainability-driven thinking.

Throughout the programme, participants explore opportunities in sustainable mobility, build practical skills, and strengthen creativity and ideation to turn ideas into impactful solutions for cities, stakeholders, and mobility systems.

Selection Process

After submitting your application, you will receive an email within 2 working days. During this period, your application will be reviewed for eligibility. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will receive, in this email, a proposal of available time slots to schedule a short structured interview to assess motivation and programme fit.

Final decisions are communicated within 2 working days after the interview

Selected participants have up to 2 weeks to complete the payment and confirm their place.
