Urban Mobility Scale-Up Report: Data Collection

The information submitted through this form will be used by BGI – Building Global Innovators to prepare the 2026 Urban Mobility Scale-Up Report, analyse the development of the sector, assess participating companies, and identify the highest-performing eligible startups.

We understand that some of the requested information, particularly financial, investment, and business-performance data, may be commercially sensitive. Access to the submitted data will therefore be limited to authorised BGI team members involved in data collection, analysis, or report preparation.

The names and selected performance information of the highest-performing startups may be included in the report and related communications.

The information will not be sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes. It will be retained only for as long as necessary to prepare, publish, and maintain the report and to fulfil any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

BGI acts as the data controller for any personal data collected through this form. Personal data may include names, professional contact details, job titles, and information that can be linked to an identifiable individual. It will be processed for the administration of the initiative, communication with participating companies, preparation of the report, and selection of the highest-performing startups.

Participants may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of their personal data and, where applicable, object to its processing or withdraw their consent. Requests may be submitted to jan@bgi.pt.
